Joseph Merrell III, ACSW - provides professional and confidential mental health counseling, specializing in substance abuse rehabilitation, serving West Michigan including, Grand Haven, Muskegon, Holland, and Grand Rapids. Mr. Merrell has worked full-time in professional social work positions of increasing responsibility including direct client care, clinical supervision, and directorships of behavioral health clinics at the inpatient, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care. Over his thirty years of practice Joseph has taken the initiative to learn, practice, and refine clinical behavioral health skills designed to promote the recovery, health, and healing of suffering addicts and alcoholics and their family members.
